1. Conditions for Return
Returns will be accepted if the following conditions are met:
- The return request is made within 3 days of delivery
- The product is unused, intact, and in its original packaging
- Tags, labels, or seals are not damaged
- Invoice or order proof is provided
2. When Returns / Refunds Are Applicable
- Incorrect product delivered
- Size or color does not match the order
- Product arrives damaged or defective
📌 Note: Please inspect the product at the time of delivery with the courier.
3. When Returns / Refunds Are Not Applicable
- Change of customer preference
- Used or washed products
- Discounted or sale items
- Requests made after 3 days of delivery
- Certain hygiene-sensitive items such as caps, jerseys, futua, or innerwear
4. Return Process
To make a return:
1️⃣ Contact us via WhatsApp / phone
2️⃣ Provide your order number and photos/videos of the issue
3️⃣ After confirmation, send the product back via courier
📦 Return shipping charge:
- If customer’s fault → borne by customer
- If our fault → borne by Oxvono
5. Refund Method
- Refunds will be processed through bKash / Nagad / Rocket
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be sent to the mobile banking number provided
6. Exchange Option
In certain cases, an exchange option may be offered instead of a refund (for size or color changes). Courier charges may apply.
